bd9k Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement between the bd9k platform and all its users. This document applies to the Bangladesh market and is written in English. These terms take effect from the moment a user accesses the bd9k platform.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

bd9k has four VIP levels. By playing regularly, members can advance to higher levels and enjoy weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus abuse — such as arbitrage betting or claiming from multiple accounts — is subject to penalties.
• bd9k reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus.
• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Failure to comply with a promotion's terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.1 Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted midway due to a technical fault, bd9k will provide a resolution through the appropriate process.
• bd9k reserves the right to void any winnings paid out as a result of a software error in a game.
• The maximum bet amount may vary by game — please refer to the relevant game's details.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• All odds for an event are set before the event begins. Even if odds change after a bet is placed, the original odds will apply.
• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, bets placed on that event will be handled in accordance with the rules set by bd9k.
• All sports betting — including cricket, football and kabaddi — follows the specific rules of the relevant sport.

6.3 Live Casino Rules

In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final. If the connection is lost, the game session will be saved and can be continued upon reconnecting. However, bd9k is not responsible for any loss caused by connection issues.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the bd9k platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or bonus hunting.
• Using an account on behalf of another person or giving a third party access to the account.
• Using software, bots or automated systems to operate games or betting.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through collusion or manipulation.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

bd9k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of providing false information or identity fraud is found.
• Failure to pass age verification or evidence that the account holder is a minor.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account, they can contact us via 24/7 live chat support or by email. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
